about us

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT 2000 [CDP 2000] is a non-profit organization that is committed to meeting the needs of families and the community at large. We were birthed forth from a church ministry, New Liberty Tabernacle of Praise, and we were incorporated on January 26, 2000. Located in East Gadsden, we partner with local officials, businesses, churches, and agencies to bring resources and services to our community.

Our goal is to help people from broken situations, become whole productive members of society. We also strive to offer educational and recreational activities for children and families, to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they need.
